Job Description

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate should have background in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region. Responsibilities: Map potential customers and generate new leads and business opportunities for the organisation. Maintain and grow sales within existing countries of distribution together with local partners. Build and improve longterm relationships with customers. Develop and execute strategic sales plan: annual sales forecast and regular reviews. Define price strategy as per Managements and CFOs input and create tools to keep pricing consistency. Identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Follow up leads status and negotiations with new partners or renewal of agreements market visits. Support customers including preparation of contracts (EDAs NDAs Commission Agreements) & product registration processes as well as daily customer problem solving with the support of Sales Administrators. Develop and oversee implementation of sales analysis tools or shared tools with other departments. Work with Trade and Marketing team on the development of trade marketing and marketing tools. Work collaboratively with Innovation Supply Chain & Marketing departments on product trends competitor analysis customised sales strategy per country of distribution.

Requirements
  • Min 2 years of experience in food & beverage and/or in FMCG and sales of branded products. Outstanding listening negotiation presentation and organisational skills. Openminded charismatic diligent concise extrovert solutiondriven results oriented with team work attitude. Availability to travel and socialise with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Used to work in B2B complex sales projects with focus on building long term partnerships. Excellent English skills and Arabic speaker is preferred.
