HR Manager - WEETAZ

Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations and other HR functions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle employee grievances conflicts and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment laws.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
