Manager HR Compliance

As the HR Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR policies and practices align with local laws and regulations in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing compliance initiatives, fostering a culture of adherence to HR policies, and minimizing legal risks.

About You

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a HR Compliance Manager or in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry with a luxury hotel. You should possess in-depth knowledge of Dubai labor laws and regulations and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with an ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, German, Italian or Mandarin are advantageous.
