Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations and other HR functions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee grievances conflicts and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment laws.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
