Position Overview
KU is seeking a highly motivated Post-doctoral Fellow to work on the design and synthesis of novel framework materials for low-temperature nitrogen reduction to ammonia. The rationally designed polymers will be well-characterized and tested for electrocatalysis. There are two key responsibilities for the position: 1) Design and synthesis of framework materials and 2) development of new approaches for polymer integration/fabrication to achieve highly efficient electrocatalytic conversion to ammonia. The polymers/frameworks will be synthesized in-house and optimized before being used in catalysis.
