Job Description
- Monitoring and supporting the administration of Property Finance/ Mortgage applications from offer through to draw-down and post completion servicing (i.e. from offer through to draw-down and then life-cycle of the facility).
- Back-office administration where tasks are not supported through automation or work flow or where there is real value add in a personal contact.
- Document checking and validation to ensure recorded data is substantiated and legal documents perfected correctly
- Liaising with customers, brokers, valuers, and legal partners alongside internal stakeholders (Underwriting, for example)
