Job Description

About The Opportunity

  • Work on day-to-day challenges that rise in launching a new product across multiple parallel work streams by unlocking your inner hacker to creatively solve complex project challenges
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the overall customer/vendor funnel to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Analyze vendor performance and identify opportunity areas for optimizing their performance
  • Ideate and outline sales strategy to achieve objectives and revenue targets
  • Access to a large pool of business data and would be required to distill insights; effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline payout processes and resolve any discrepancies
  • Be the gatekeeper on product experience and monitor customer experience; set up safeguards to intervene when customer experience is compromised
  • Continuously look into improving business processes across several functions

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years plus experience in a business development or a project management role
  • Love to hustle and can get things done; Showcase speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude
  • Analytical: Adept in making complex business cases and supporting the findings with data insights. Demonstrated comfort with numbers, and Analytics
  • Market research: Ability to do extensive primary and secondary research
  • Communication and presentation skills: Experience in communicating effectively with different levels of stakeholders including C-level stakeholders
  • A highly motivated and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Problem solver with no direct guidance
