Whats On Your Plate
Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business with focus on financial performance/ P&L
Develop and refine the subscription business strategy and create business cases for pricing value proposition enhancement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Work closely with product marketing finance and operations teams to execute subscription strategies effectively.
Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand subscriber behavior preferences and satisfaction levels.
Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of subscription products and initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.
Support the development of annual and long-term business plans for the subscription business segment.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Work under fast-paced conditions with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
What Did We Order
Experience
Analytical and Strategic Background: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in food delivery quick commerce e-commerce or management consulting. Past experience in a subscription-focused business is a plus
Must have strong acumen in financial statements; P&L analysis budgeting and business impact analysis.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in BigQuery SQL Tableau and Looker is a must have. Knowledge of Google Suite especially Google Sheets and Google Slides is a must have.

Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong track record of problem-solving including structuring problems performing detailed analysis and translating data into actionable experience in performance mgmt. financial analysis business impact analysis and business planning.
Advanced Presentation and Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations using data storytelling specifically tailored for senior executives using Google Slides
Project Management Skills: Strong capabilities in managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring accurate and timely inclusion of data in reports and adhering to PMO responsibilities
Interpersonal and Influence Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Leadership and Accountability: Ability to guide less experienced colleagues taking accountability for ongoing activities or project components within a broader strategic framework
