Operations Team Lead

Key Responsibilities Review programs and procedures for rig move, well drilling, workover, completion and well testing operations to ensure all activities are planned in safe and cost-effective manners and in compliance with Company operation management system, regional code of practice and relevant industry standards. Make sure all of the required HSE procedures, including emergency response plans, HAZID/HAZOP, SIMOPS, etc. are well prepared and enforced to ensure a safe working environment throughout the entire rig operation. Plan all resources required for the rig operations, such as personnel, equipment, materials and logistics, liaising with Offshore Drilling Engineer and Onshore Drilling Team. Supervise the day-to-day rig operation by liaising with Company Drilling & Operations Superintendent, Drilling/Completion Engineers and Offshore Drilling Supervisors ensuring that all of the objectives and requirements of well drilling and completion programs are safely, timely and effectively achieved and satisfied
