Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs

Conduct detailed data analysis to identify and solve vendor operations and performance problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data

Providing all data needed for vendor performance improvement at the country level and acting as a consultant for the Operations Manager

Optimize key KPIs such as coverage, preparation time, vendor delay, reduce offline duration, etc through clear insights and recommend action area for overall improvement

Manage related back office tools and make necessary adjustments based on business needs.

Project Manage key projects for performance improvement.

Run experiments, develop dashboards, and use data visualizations to communicate results to leadership
