Sales Team Lead

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable reports.
• Customer-focused mindset with a knack for resolving complaints effectively.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the volume growth & increasing credit card acquisition/sales
• In-house training of existing and new staff to improve and optimize efficiency
• Generate report of sales team performance and activities
• Respond to all queries on the telephone or over email from both internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Comply with all internal & bank regulation
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and strive consistently to promote a positive team spirit
• Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to resolve the issue to their fullest satisfaction
• Arrange kiosk activities
