About the role

Atlantis Dubai is the iconic destination of Dubai whose mission is to bring everlasting memories to our guests. We deliver the extraordinary through our A team of colleagues who are passionate about guest service and satisfaction.

We have an exciting opportunity in our Sales team as an Executive Sales Operations and Systems. In this role you will provide operational support to the Sales team by handling the procurement process for sales related activities for Atlantis Dubai. You will support the Manager Sales Operations & Systems in meeting the operational and system needs of the Sales team assist in the monthend process and ensure that expense related reports are updated in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for any other tasks assigned by the VP Sales and Manager Sales Operations & Systems.

About you

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills both written and verbal and demonstrates thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. They exhibit outstanding organizational skills attention to detail and efficiency with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Additionally they are proactive able to handle sensitive and complex situations selfmotivated and careerdriven with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
