Job Description
- Seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator to lead our fabrication department's Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives. This role involves training and mentoring employees on HSE practices, monitoring compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and other relevant standards, and responding to on-site incidents, emergencies, and accidents. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough injury reports, accident evaluations, and root cause analysis. Additionally, the HSE Coordinator will ensure that all outside vendors adhere to our HSE program and that our Over-The-Road (OTR) vehicles meet DOT regulatory standards.

- This position primarily involves working outdoors in an industrial and hot environment, with around 70% of the time spent in the shop and 30% in an office setting.
