Responsibilities:
MEP Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules. Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
