Roles and Responsibilities
• Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the role holder will develop the unit s medium and long terms commercial and sales goals, methods, policies and procedures that create a road map for the department.
• Provides regular review of the unit's progress, sales targets and business to business (B2B) analytical reports against the market trends and provides advice and recommendations for further actions to the Sales Manager.
• Responsible for developing, managing and achieving the commercial aspects of B2B trade and ensuring meeting sales targets, while being compliant with DCT processes.
• Creates distribution channels as set out in B2B sales strategy by engaging and contracting B2B partners, including but not limited to, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs) and trade partners, airlines, tourism boards, tour operators, corporates and educational institutes.
