Job Description

Accountabilities

  • Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in a relevant HR role.
  • Gather benchmark data’s like Job description, compensation and benefits from the project to proceed with the movement of employees from the vendor to us.
  • Provide support and input with policies and procedures that will best aid in the effective operation.
  • Report on key transition metrics like time to complete the transition projects to the business.
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
  • Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefit.
  • Organize work related to ESCE responsibilities to ensure effective and timely delivery of employee administration and customer service goals
  • Analyze employee issues, formulate a response and communicate comprehensively to queries in order to ensure customers receive complete information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal customers, Employee Services team and HR colleagues in order to deliver the right solutions.
  • Action decisions made by HR management and convey positively in order to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.
  • Provide positive customer service and experience delivery in all stakeholder and customer interactions.
  • Take ownership of complaints and queries and proactively follow through in order to resolve employee issues
  • Update employee information and benefits with changing eligibilities on Oracle and Filing system accurately in order to ensure employees receive the right eligible benefits
  • Build and employ a strong knowledgebase of Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures, labour law and immigration processes and procedures in order to support customers comprehensively
