Key Accountabilities
- General support to Store Management
- Store dashboard update (CRM initiatives trainings various communications etc.)
- Update store priorities agenda (in cooperation with Store Director and Associate Store Manager)
- Management of uniform orders
- Administrative tasks
- Making sure to keep track with accurate Team Leaves data
- Assisting with clientele and before sales (retention birthday reminders etc.)
- Ordering packaging for the store
- Assisting in stock room organization (RTW and Handbags)
- Scanning documentation for banking
- Physical counts on specific departments on weekly basis
- Scanning in/out time sheets
- Completing OTO tracker
