What you will do: your main responsibility will be to follow the instructions and help prepare the main product of the shop - kombucha. This will involve boiling, transferring, cooling, bottling, carbonating, kegging the liquid. Also, you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean at all times, the glasses, bottles, jars washed and the area tidy and sanitized.
