Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and target audience segments to achieve sales goals in assigned market segments.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including strategy development, team alignment, audience segmentation, email nurtures, virtual events, and result measurement.
Implement an experimentation mindset, conducting A/B testing across all channels to drive continuous optimization.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create persona-based buyer journeys as campaign strategy foundations.
