Main Accountabilities:
Service Delivery
Prioritises tasks to meet deadlines and supports the Exams Operations Post Test Officer to hand over to country operations team.
Receives instructions and requests from Exams Operations Post test Officer and organises resources accordingly (often at short notice) to ensure that work is conducted efficiently and effectively.
Develops good working relationships with appropriate colleagues throughout the British Council to facilitate effective and efficient post-test delivery of IELTS.
