Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the curtains and blinds market, a proven track record in sales or business development, and the ability to drive growth while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and increase market share in existing markets.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ needs are met.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate business leads.
  • Prepare and present reports on progress towards business development goals and objectives to senior management.
  • Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning based on market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the curtains, blinds, or home decor industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the window treatment sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving business growth.
