Key Responsibilities:
1- Calendar Management:
- Coordinate and manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
2- Communication Handling:
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports.
3- Meeting Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical details and necessary materials.
