As a Senior Associate In Corporate Development, You Will
- Collaborate on the development and execution of corporate-wide initiatives within the fund related to non-investment corporate strategy
- Identify operational and process improvements across the organisation
- Manage large, transformative projects with multiple stakeholders, reporting to the Management Committee as needed
- Take ownership of specific work streams within a project management framework, designing improved processes, identifying operational challenges, and building consensus for change.
- Prepare updates for leadership and the Management Committee
- The 3 key areas of accountability are: Supporting Corporate Development, Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement
Who we are looking for
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in consulting and have worked in a organisational/corporate strategy role for a financial business (Banking, PE, Pensions, Asset Management etc)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roles involving strategy and corporate development, focused on change management, project management, organisational strategy and/or process improvement
- A bachelor's and/ or master's degree from a leading institution in fields such as business administration, finance, economics, or equivalent
- Additional experience in investment-related roles is advantageous
- Desire and ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi
