Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Foreman in overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with established timelines
- Work with the foreman to plan and schedule resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to quality and safety standards
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
