Assistant Foreman

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman in overseeing construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with established timelines
• Work with the foreman to plan and schedule resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to quality and safety standards
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools
