What You Will Be Doing
- Design eye-catching graphics, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media posts, and various print collaterals, adhering to the brand guidelines of the three hotels.
- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content, including photos and videos, for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build relationships and foster community growth.
- Collaborate with the Cluster Assistant Digital Manager to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Assist with photography and videography during events and special promotions as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging trends in content creation, and social media.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven work experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with experience in creating content tailored to each platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic photography, videography and content creation skills are desirable.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience in analyzing data to drive insights and optimize performance.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
- Valid UAE driver's license is required as the job entails traveling between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
