- Reviewing and processing variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the contract.
- Administering variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the client’s Change Management procedures.
- Reviewing and ensuring insurances and bank guarantees (bonds) are in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
- Reviewing EOT and prolongations cost claims.
- Payment valuations and preparing payment certificates.
- Preparing monthly cost report, cashflow and accruals.
- Close out of final account, preparing final payment certificate and release of bank guarantees.
Min. 8 years’ experience with consultant or mixture of Consultant & Contractor (UAE experience is an advantage)
