Job Description

  • BSC Engineering University degree in relevant field (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or Instrumentation)
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as Subcontract or Contract Engineer or Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience working with leading EPC contractors in the energy sector is essential.
  • Work experience in EPCM contracts is nice to have.
  • Contractual skills and excellent written skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.

Job Role:

  • Procure Subcontracts as allocated by the Subcontract Manager and ensure subcontracts are delivered as per the Project Procurement Plan requirements (Time, Cost, Quality).
  • Draft and negotiate relevant agreements (i.e. Subcontract or Services Agreement) in coordination with the Subcontracts Manager.
  • Assist the Subcontracts Manager for all the post awards activities until the handing over of the subcontract works, including variations and claims management and drafting of the relevant correspondence.
  • Ensure that Subcontracts are performed and delivered as per Project requirements.
  • Adheres to procurement guidelines and work in full compliance with approved procedures, using available APICS Procurement tools and in accordance with Company IMS System.
