Senior Manager BT Risk Compliance

Responsible for leading the identification, evaluation, and analysis of technology risks. Develops recommendations on the mitigation and resolution of risks to comply with company, legal, and regulatory requirements. Leads and mentors employees and manages hiring decisions. Reports the status of risk-related activities to management.

Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the remediation of control issues and action items. Collaborates with action item owners to ensure issues are resolved.
• Oversees and assists with risk assessments and control testing. Leads the Business Unit Testing Management activities.
• Provides reports to management and operations risk teams on compliance, security, and other risk efforts.
• Establishes and maintains policies, standards, risks, controls, and procedures.
• Manages risk and control assessments. Oversees risk control reviews and assess risks.
• Oversees policy training, compliance monitoring, reporting, and escalations.
  

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk, Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience in Risk Analyst, Compliance, Project Management
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Risk Analyst, Compliance, Project Management
