Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos and reports.

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
Providing administrative support to senior management.
Managing databases and maintaining records.
Act as an intermediary between departments and external organizations.
Receiving and assisting visitors in the office.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
