Location- Abu Dhabi

Experience 2- 5 years

Must have experience in Fresh food Industries

Role & Responsibility of the resource

• Assist in developing, implement and maintain Stores & Warehousing System (GWP) for efficient receipt, storages and issuance of materials.
• Assist Developing a retrieval and delivery system by identifying stores .
• Check and manage all inventory control functions and maintaining the stock at optimum levels
  

To maintain an accurate record of materials in order to provide full support to production/ Sales activities

• Minimize and keep within limits the inventory holding costs, the spoilage rate
• Execute and ensure compliance of Security Protocol in the Stores & warehouse Department.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Ensure update and accuracy of ERP (Inventory)
• To pass delivery notes/Invoices & GRN to Finance Department
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhoc analysis, reporting, and leave cover intra-department.
