Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervises and assigns the work to construction fit out employees.
Prepare plan for material supply and work location according to the site circumstances
Update daily and weekly construction records & co-coordinate with planning department to achieve progress of site.
Check availability of approved drawings and study job specification.
Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary & ensure that personnel’s are not idle.
Guide the team at site about work start & process, supervises, supports and assists staff during work in progress. Inspects work for completeness/quality after finish and correct any observation noted before handing over to client, obtain approval from client for work completion.
