Job Description
Please note that this is a part-time position with the expectation of being a work week of approximately 25 hours.
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract diverse, mission-driven individuals to join our program.
Conduct a recruitment needs assessment of our current programs, including a general survey and in-depth discussions with selected programs or focus groups.

Identify successful recruitment strategies based on best practices from other state programs, state commissions, and industry standards for Recruitment and Retention.
Provide training and technical assistance to programs, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement successful recruitment strategies effectively.
Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and website content, to raise awareness of our programs.
