Roles & Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with kitchen equipment
Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements
Perform preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment manuals
Train kitchen staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment
