About the Role: Were seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for real estate and a drive for success to join our team. While prior experience of 1 to 2 years as a real estate agent is preferred we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in multiple languages such as Hindi Chinese English Russian Ukrainian Hindi Chinese German & French etc. is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Go the extra mile in finding clients suitable properties while maintaining high standards.
• Exceed sales targets/KPIs.
• Stay updated on the property market and new launches.
• Foster professional relationships with prospective clients and landlords.
• Ensure timely responses to all inquiries and follow up regularly with clients/leads.
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for the quality and legality of transactions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong advisorclient relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mandatory 1 to 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Selfdriven ambitious and trustworthy.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with dedication.
• Proficiency in MS Office Internet CRM etc.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Advantageous:

• Proficiency in Hindi Chinese German French English Russian Ukrainian or other languages.
• Possession of a current UAE driving license and access to own car.
