Overview of the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to efficiently handle Administrative activities within the Mall Operations Team and also to provide Arabic Support in a professional manner so as to achieve the overall business objectives.

What you will do:

  • Provide high-level coordination with other departments, assist in meeting preparations, and manage diaries, including daily coordination for relevant information.
  • Organize travel arrangements and events for the Mall Management team, and assist in employee engagement tasks when necessary.
  • Support in writing letters in Arabic, translating documents and reports, and coordinating meetings with authorities to ensure smooth communication during major events.
  • Serve as the Ariba Administrator, raise PR/SRFs/LPOs, coordinate with CP/Finance, and maintain the LPO tracker for timely closure of LPOs.
  • Back up the Line Manager and Support Team, manage incoming and outgoing mail/documents, and provide reception support as needed.
  • Assist in organizing events for the Mall Management team to strengthen office culture and act as a liaison with authorities during major events.

  • A team player with strong communication skills

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years in administrative roles
