Job Overview:

As a Real Estate Agent at FIOR Real Estate you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions and building lasting relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting for potential clients conducting property evaluations and guiding clients through the intricacies of Dubais real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels including networking events referrals online platforms and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Property Valuations: Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market analyses to accurately assess property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.
• Property Promotion: Develop compelling property listings and marketing materials to effectively showcase available properties across multiple channels maximizing visibility and exposure.
• Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients understanding their unique needs and preferences and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions of purchase agreements leases and other real estate transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while upholding their best interests.
• Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of market trends regulatory changes and economic indicators affecting the real estate landscape in Dubai providing clients with timely and informed insights.
