Microsoft Teams Administration

Manage the infrastructure and configuration of Microsoft Teams to support the communication and collaboration needs of the company.

Facilitate the adoption and effective use of Teams within the organization, providing training and support to end users.

Collaborate with other functional teams to integrate Teams into business processes and improve operational efficiency.

User Support And Workplace Management

Provide comprehensive user support and assistance for workplace technology, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated software applications.

Manage the configuration and maintenance of desktop and laptop systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Lead initiatives to improve the user experience and productivity through technology enhancements and innovative solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement workplace technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to workplace technology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing Microsoft environments.

Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Intune, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
