Managing the organisation's IT infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure smooth operations, data security, and alignment with technological advancements.
Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the support services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the support services department in alignment with the overall organisational strategy.
Managing HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
Fostering strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to enhance procurement capabilities, negotiate favourable terms, and maximise value for the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or relevant field
UAE National with Family Book.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT, procurement and/or HR, preferably in a government or large-scale organisation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
