Consolidation financial statements of subsidiaries according to relevant industry standards.
Review and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all subsidiaries.
Liaise with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary information and support.
The Successful Applicant
Being a Qualified or partly-qualified Finance professional
BIG4 previous or current experience
A proven experience of 3 to 6 years in consolidation and reporting; preferably within natural resources, holding, infrastructure, Oil & Gas or energy industries
Strong understanding of IFRS, particularly IFRS 10: ability to apply international financial reporting standards to consolidate processes.
