Handle the operation of the assigned plant to ensure customers are continuously supplied with chilled water at the required temperature

Monitor and control factory operations, and report to the direct supervisor any defects in equipment, or in the event of customer complaints

Operating procedures

Follow all factory operating procedures to fully support continuity of operations.

Factory reports

.

Preparing daily water treatment reports, and calibrating pH and electrical conductivity measuring devices on a weekly basis

.

Reporting equipment defects to the direct supervisor and assisting him in following up on the defect repair process

.

Visiting the devices daily to ensure their safety and normal operation

Internal maintenance:

Carrying out minor internal maintenance of equipment

Policies and procedures

§ Follows all relevant policies, processes and unit/department procedures so that work is performed in a controlled and consistent manner.

§ Ensure that the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline, complaints, retrenchments, and labor law.
