Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of fit-out works and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design drawings, material selections, and construction methodologies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Identify and resolve any project-related risks or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner
