We re recruiting a Learning Coordinator for one of our clients based in Dubai UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the endtoend administration of learning programs including scheduling registration and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate records of participants and program data in learning management systems
- Prepare and distribute learning materials to participants ahead of sessions
- Serve as a liaison between facilitators participants and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Process feedback and evaluation forms compiling reports on program effectiveness
- Assist in the creation and updates of program documentation and learning resources
- Manage logistics for both inperson and virtual learning environments
- Track program budgets and process related expenses
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and certification requirements
Requirements
- Masters degree in HR Literature or Management or a Certification in Training & Development
- 3 4 years of experience in training coordination within a large organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
