Job Description
- Execute capital projects in alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Perform complex technical and administrative tasks related to the design and coordination of civil & structural packages.
- Provide technical input and review for the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of facilities.
- Address technical issues that arise during all phases of the project development related to civil & structural packages.
- Be responsible for project development, including engineering studies, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detailed designs, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, and startup.
- Review and provide input on the design of civil/structural packages to ensure compliance with This Company standards and specifications.
- Manage design contractor activities during the development of Pre-FEED & FEED, including defining project work scope and schedule requirements, and developing detailed estimates leading to funding appropriation and approval.
- Stay updated on international procedures for Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements, and Best Practices.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings, and specifications), project execution plans, interface management, change management, construction sequencing, standards specifications, and project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Review and resolve day-to-day contractors' activities related to assigned project work during construction and ensure HSE compliance.
- Participate in developing civil/structural packages deliverables, such as plot plans, Piping Plans, foundation details, load assessments, stress analysis, Data Sheets, structural details, BRAs, geotechnical & soil tests, etc.
