Update working knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks participating in professional organizations

Implement policies and procedures for effective and efficient functioning of the project survey team on site
Responsible for the running of the project construction team (mobilisation, execution, deliverables and project close out)
Responsible for the quality control and quality assurance of construction data, Field checks, and construction progress report
Oversees the (construction) staffing of the project and advises the Construction Manager and Project Manager regarding personnel requirements or improvements
Support, advise and facilitate the Site Project Team in Construction and operational matters
Report all construction activities via the Weekly Report to the Construction Manager (Personnel, Equipment, Activities, and Planning)
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
Safety is a part of each employee’s job, active participation to the safety program is a condition of each employee’s employment in order to achieve safer working environment
Ensure that the HSE requirements are observed in the execution of all Construction activities
Provide guidelines to the Surveyors on the projects on QA/QC and HSE reports/recommendations
