Contract Is 3 Months and extendable:
role of a Compensation Analyst:
Job Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct job evaluations to assess the duties, responsibilities, and requirements of various positions within the organization. Analyze job descriptions and responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation levels.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to understand the competitive landscape for compensation and benefits. Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the organization's pay practices remain competitive.
Salary Structure Design: Develop and maintain salary structures that align with the organization's compensation philosophy and market competitiveness. This includes defining pay ranges for different job levels and functions.
