Lead Process Design Engineer

Work in conjunction with other disciplines and Process Engineering professionals to complete the Process Design Engineering and facilitate the whole EPC project.

Review and approve as necessary, third-party engineering deliverables including Basis of Design, Statement of Requirements, Specifications, Scopes of Work, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, Design/Construction Drawings, Design calculations, MTOs, design and construction work pack deliverables. Contents to include; Scopes of Work, Design/Construction Drawings, Design calculations, MTOs, and Task Hazard Assessments.

Review P&IDS to check the safety of the design.

Check material specification

Coordinate and participate in HAZOP / HAZID and other related safety studies.

Develop sizing information for Process Equipment (compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, distillation columns, separators, etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheets.
