Job Description

Our client is a leading food and beverages multinational looking to hire a Commercial Director for Africa to be based in Dubai UAE.
The Commercial Director Africa plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing the commercial strategy sales and business development activities across the African region. This position is integral to the organizations growth and expansion in the African market by driving revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage sales and business development teams across Africa.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify market trends opportunities and challenges to guide strategic planning.
  • Negotiate and finalize major contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize profitability.
  • Provide leadership and direction to achieve the companys financial objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role in the African market.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of African markets and business practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the African region.
  • Proven track record of building and leading highperforming teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial management and analysis.
