About Client A deep-tech company from Israel
Key Responsibilities:
Owning the overall relationship with the customers, which includes: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, account expansion and client advocacy
Acting as the customer s first point of contact their advocate and champion
Monitoring customer health through available metrics and helping them maximize the value of their subscription.
Identifying opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the internal team
Management of CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer success
What we are looking for:
2-4 years of experience in managing customers in SaaS space
A hustler and self-starter who thrives in taking and executing new initiatives.
Able to work independently & effectively collaborate as part of a team in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment.
Someone who can quickly build rapport with potential customers with a smile on their face we are client-facing on an everyday basis.
Exceptional storyteller; great at holding people s attention.
Constantly focused on building problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information
Possesses strong listening skills and the ability to understand others viewpoints
