We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and will be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies to help drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search advertising
- Work with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content and graphics
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency
- Provide regular reports and analysis to key stakeholders on marketing performance and ROI
- Work with external vendors and partners as needed to execute marketing campaigns

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search advertising
- Experience managing budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
